So first I did like the book overall. BTW Possibly a spoiler if you keep reading this review .......... However I have to say the "fight" scene with "TDO" was a bit of a let down . 12 books in I definitely expected it to go on a bit more than that. And she never bothered to actually ask Drake how he knew where she lived .There's still a lot of unanswered questions about her father in my opinion. I absolutely adore Winky but the way she lets him spend her money (money that she doesn't have) is absolutely insane. also did I miss something in the development of Jill's and Jacks relationship ?? It was I hate you ,then we are ok let's have a date out once or twice then his big reveal . Perhaps I missed the timeline where they had lots of dates and interaction in between the books. As I said overall I liked the book and I'm definitely going to read 13 asap ( what , I'm vested in the series lol ) to see what comes next.Product details

I like this series. They are fun to read, move right along and have interesting characters.
Another cute and fast read in the Witch PI series. Not quite as a cliffhanger as other books in the series, but ready to get on to the next book on the series. Amusing and funny. If you're looking for a quick light read, you'll enjoy this series.
I was charmed by the first book and bought the whole series... 12 to date. And soon became bored. Same old problems and lack of character growth. Yawn. I quit at reading at number 8.
T series can't come fast enough for me. I've never read any books that kept my interest so deeply! I love to read and think about paranormal things, and Adele Abbott takes care of me so well. Jill, the witch, is nothing to fear. She's charming and funny in a very dry-wit way. She narrates the entire story herself and even talks directly to me occasionally as I read. I love it.
I really enjoy these books, really. This one only got 2 stars because there was just not enough magic in the story for my liking. I don't read them for the witty conversation, I like the magic! I do love all of the characters. I will continue to read these books even if I do have to read it in an English accent in my head, lol. But she is a witch! With lots of power! Use it early and often, Jill!
As one who crochets, I would like a subscription to some Everlasting Yarn. I'm hooked on the series, it's just too fun.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, as I have all the rest in the series. My one and only criticism is that while Adele Abbott has had the best timing for asides to the reader (which I normally hate), this book had just a few more than normal and I’d probably take away a half of a star. There were also just a few too many punny names. I’ve always enjoyed all of them in previous books, but again, I’d probably remove half of a star for perhaps using three books worth in one. But, overall, I had a blast!
